March is Women History Month and we want to pay tribute to some trailblazer women who made it possible for women's sports.

Billie Jean King - former top-ranked tennis player in the world ensured that US Open would give equal prize to women and men.
Florence Griffith Joyner - set world records in the 1988 Olympics for the 100 and 200-meter dash, both still stand today.
Alice Coachman was the first Black woman to win an Olympic gold medal in the 1948 Olympic games for the high jump.
Mia Hamm - First female US soccer player, medaling in the Women's FIFA World Cup in 1991.
Rosabelle Sinclaire - established the first women's Lacrosse team in the US at Bryn Mawr School in 1926.
