USA SOFTBALL'S HALL OF FAME STADIUM HEADING FOR HOME

The reconstruction of the entire playing surface at USA Softball's Hall of Fame Stadium in Oklahoma City is heading for home thanks to a wonderful and dedicated project team.

It's a bittersweet moment as the modernized venue will wait patiently for signature events; like the Women's College World Series, USA Softball National Championships, and of course, the USA Olympic Team to once again bring joy to those at the venue and through the telecasts.

Unfortunately and understandably, sports must take a back seat to the COVID-19 health concerns. We can respond to this pandemic together by matching the deafening silence of the venue today with our unified resolve to overcome the challenges and chart a course to future health and prosperity.

VACAVILLE HIGH SCHOOL'S ZUNINO STADIUM APPROACHES FINISH LINE

The modernization of Zunino Stadium on the Campus of Vacaville High, in Vacaville California, is approaching the finish line after a major modernization effort. Lloyd Sports + Engineering and it's partners at RainforthGrau Architects of Sacramento, began design work on the project over a year ago. The $6.7 million dollar project includes a new polyurethane all weather 400 meter running track, a new hybrid infilled synthetic playing surface manufactured by AstroTurf, and a myriad of other Stadium enhancements and improvements. The Lloyd team is honored to be part of this exciting improvement for the Vacaville Community, and specifically acknowledges the leadership of Vacaville High Principal Mr. Ron Thomas along with Head Football Coach and Athletic Director Mr. Mike Papadopoulos, "Coach Pop". Coach Pop's energy, enthusiasm, and community spirit has permeated every element of the project, and he has represented the interest of current and future students of Vacaville High handsomely.
