Congratulations to Santa Rosa Junior College and the entire Santa Rosa Community on the start of the long awaited new sports complex. The $30+ million dollar projects, being led by Wright Contracting, includes a new 50 meter Olympic sized pool, Field House at Bailey Field, synthetic turf baseball diamond, synthetic turf softball field and high performance natural grass soccer pitch for both the men's and women's soccer teams. (See colored site plan courtesy ELS Architecture and SWA Landscape Architects) These are exciting times for all past, present and future Bear Cubs as this entire district of Campus will be transformed over the course of the next 12 to 16 months.
Lloyd Sports + Engineering is honored by being leading the playing field design, for all three of the new sports fields, for the multi disciplinary design team directed by ELS Architecture of Berkeley and in association with SWA Landscape Architects and CSWST2 Engineering Group.
