We are so proud to have such a great team with Orcutt | Winslow and Chasse Building Team. Big thanks to Chasse for the drone photos. We are looking forward to providing more updates as construction progresses.

Las Vegas Raiders Ready to Open MNF

9/13/2021

For the first time, the Las Vegas Raiders and their fans will open the regular NFL season on Monday Night Football at the  Allegiant Stadium. Newly minted Las Vegas members of the Black Hole will surely be joined by veterans from Los Angeles and founding members from Oakland, to deliver a colorful and spirited scene in the stands.
It seems like eons ago that the Lloyd Sports + Engineering team, with partners from HNTB Architecture, Mortensen/McCarthy Builders, ARUP Engineering, UniSystems and Fields Inc., collaborated to deliver the second fully retractable natural grass playing surface to the NFL. Watch the time-lapse of the retractable field below.

Interestingly as well, the Lloyd team oversaw the conversion of Baltimore Ravens M&T Bank Stadium, Raiders MNF opponent, from synthetic turf to natural grass several years ago.
