This new project in Olivehurst, CA, is planned to start construction August of this year. With a busy construction season approaching, the Lloyd design team is working hard to ensure the design meets the schedule and needs of the school and local community. A Site Visit Leads to Surprising Talent by Window Rock High School Students; Window Rock, AZ1/30/2023
A site visit last month by team member Jane Theobald to the Window Rock High School in northern Arizona, lead to a surprising find of talent displayed in the halls of the high school. Lloyd is currently on the design team with SPS+ Architects to design a new football stadium for the school. The design team has been asked to brainstorm ideas for student contributions to the project from the Construction and Welding elective classes. While project sites are typically the responsibility of the hired contractor, and in this case, Core Construction, students will have an opportunity to engage and contribute their talent to help create this unique facility.
