Gilbert Water Tower Grand Re-Opening!The Gilbert Water Tower grand re-opening occurred last night in downtown Gilbert. The festivities sponsored by Willmeng Construction included food trucks, ice skating, snow sledding, bounce houses, and free family activities. The event concluded with the ribbon cutting ceremony and lighting of the water tower structure.
