As a principal with Lloyd Civil and Sports Engineering, Mr. Stevenson is a former collegiate athlete and licensed civil engineer. His focus has always been sports engineering, which has allowed him to work on a wide range of national and international sports facility projects.
His expertise in artificial turf and synthetic track systems is a benefit to his clients as he provides an unbiased, thorough recommendation for systems which meet the client’s needs, budget and maintenance requirements. His clients benefit even further from his civil engineering background which allows him to consider factors such as soils, drainage and infrastructure into the development of these systems.
A master's degree in environmental engineering has provided Mr. Stevenson with the knowledge to address storm water quality issues and water reuse systems. His research and thesis in microbial activity has provided a solid foundation for his understanding of soil chemistry and agronomy.

Mr. Milano brings over 25 years of sports facilities expertise in a varied and wide array of roles including: management of a large operations and maintenance organization; sports turf manager; stadium manager; and project director of capital projects valued in excess of $500 Million dollars.
In addition to expertise in design, construction and new facility start-up, Bob’s extensive experience at a major University includes direct knowledge of nearly every sport competed at the Summer Olympic games. Additionally, experience on the Owners side, for over two decades, gives Bob a unique perspective into programming, scheduling, operations, and life cycle costs of any planned improvement.
Bob has directed the construction of, and eventual operations of both warm and cool season natural turf systems, as well as, filled and unfilled forms of synthetic turf sports fields.
