Lloyd Sports + Engineering, in association with Oklahoma City based Studio Architecture, is thrilled to announce our selection as the design team to plan and engineer the reconstruction of the playing field at USA Softball's Hall of Fame Stadium in Oklahoma City. "We are excited to be partnered with the City of Oklahoma City and the USA Softball leadership on this critical enhancement." stated Bob Milano Jr, Principal at Lloyd Sports. "Of course, creating the stage for the NCAA's Women’s College World Series, the annual marquee event, but even more rewarding will be providing a world class playing surface experience to every USA Softball event." Age groups, from 8 to 80, from all over the world, play international, regional, and championship level softball tournaments games inside Hall of Fame Stadium. "Bringing lifetime memories to every player, coach, and official that steps foot on the renovated diamond is a special opportunity for the entire Lloyd team.", Bob concluded.
The playing field reconstruction is part of an going series of upgrades to Hall of Fame Stadium. The playing field construction is planned to begin this fall and be completed in the Spring of 2020.
